If you use a frame and a text beside this and you select the text it seems as
the frame is selected too.

MRU->BH: A full resolution could only be provided, if an algorithm which can
distinguish between frames which are anchored to the selected text and which are
not. Then it will make sense, if the selection in some cases spreads over the
frame and in other cases not.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
