Currently, Calc allows to sort in Ascii order. It should also provide annoption
to do a 'dictionary' sort. In Dictionary sort, spaces and accents in names are
ignored during the sort.

For example, the following list

D'aes
Daemen
De Cock
De Groof
Debeer
Decuypere

is ascii sorted (space comes before b). A dictionary sort would yield

Daemen
D'aes
Debeer
De Cock
Decuypere
De Groof

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
