I did not get very far in my OOO_STABLE_1 build testing.  The 
config_office/configure script does not match the set_soenv.1 script (the 
wrong number of arguments are passed).  Someone added $MINGWIN32 and adjusted 
the the arg count in set_soenv.1 but never regenerated the configure (or 
changed configure.in?) to match.

ok, this was my fault. I committed only configure.in and set_soenv.1 
but was not aware the the set_soenv is generated at configure time.

I committed the new generated  configure now. please review.

As discussed with Armin, he thought these bug were closed, he sees all of them
as verified.
