There is no possibility to enter a keyword directly during filing a new issue.
You have to commit the issue first, then go back and add the keyword.

(If that behaviour is desired, so people don't inadvertently add wrong keywords
because they got confused, I'm perfectly happy with resolving this as WONTFIX.)

This is not a change we intend to make to the behavior of IssueZilla,
so I am resolving WONTFIX.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is
unfortunately to set them to verified.
