I would like OpenOffice to have full ordinal number capability, instead of just
the autocorrect facility that superscripts ordinals. I.e. I would like there to
be an ordinal number format and the spellchecker to correct incorrect ordinals -
e.g. 2st to 2nd.

Reassigned to BH. Expansion of spellchecker to recognize wrong ordinals like 1th
or 2st.

OK, and can there also be an ordinal number format, as obtained by \*Ordinal in
MS word.  I would like this to be available in calc as well.

There is ordinal number recognition in English dictionaries. See Issue 53643.
So this issue will be only about ordinal number format.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
