I have been using Mozilla's Bugzilla a lot.  Even so, it took me > 30 minutes to
cc myself to a couple of bugs :-(.  Problems I ran into:

* Cannot just enter my e-mail address and click "send me a password" to register.
* Cannot register for an account from the "You must be registered, logged in and
having joined the project to add yourself as a CC" screen.
* Cannot login from the "You must be registered, logged in and having joined the
project to add yourself as a CC" screen.
* Am required to join a project before being able to add myself as a CC to one
of its bugs.
* Cannot join a project from the "You must be registered, logged in and having
joined the project to add yourself as a CC"

As your BTS has problems remembering whether I am logged in or not,
this affects not only new users.  Changing bug title accordingly.

I'm glad you agree, but that is not the same thing as having FIXED the
very specific problems I mentioned.  As none of the problems I
mentioned seem to have been fixed, why did you mark this bug as FIXED?

changing to wontfix. the problem won't go away unit IZ is 
changed.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is
unfortunately to set them to verified.
