In Draw, pressing F4 when an image is selected shows the image properties.

In Writer, it shows the Datasources window.

Please make the same key work everywhere for image properties (and other dialogs).

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
