Create a new user toolbar.  Do not add any commands.  Click the drop down 
menu(for customize, dock etc).  Ooo will crash.  Same for restart with blank 
toolbar.  Works if toolbar has commands and they are deleted, but after restart 
of Ooo it will crash on drop down menu.

Thanks a lot for reporting this issue but is a known issue and the work on it is
in progress...

This issue is dupliate to issue 31364...

Since this issue is a duplicate I need to close it now...
