The keyboard commands during presentations don't exactly match those of PPT. 
That may or may not be by design, but "the world" is used to using PPT commands.
 Examples:

PPT: Backspace moves to previous slide
OOO: Backspace ends presentations

PPT: user can use commands to go back to a presentation while on the "click to
exit presentation" slide.
OOO: pressing any key ends presentation while on the "click to exit
presentation" slide.

This is not a bug but an enhancement.

"problem" still exists as of 1.9.84

The Issue you raised is currently 'Unconfirmed' pending review, but has not been
updated within the last 3 years. Please consider re-testing with one of the
latest versions of OOo, as the problem(s) may have already been addressed.
Either use the recent stable version: http://download.openoffice.org/index.html
or consider trying the new OOo 3 BETA (still in testing):

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
