Arabic shaping/joinging is broken after a dot or a floating point in the 
dialog boxes. The attached screenshot displays the translation of Saudi Arabia 
in both the currency and the CTL language drop-down menus. The one to the top 
looks broken (the letters are not connected to each other). The one to the 
bottom looks OK. This problem reminds me of a similar problem in KDE/Qt that 
can be found here:

Could it be something related X Window'ing system?
