I started the Draw application, and I put a box into the canvas.
I didn't like the default blue color, so I decided to change the default
style.

In the "area" tab, I can select the fill color from the list, but it
doesn't allow me to create a new color. And frankly, it's much easier
to pick acolor from a proper color chooser than to scroll through
some 100+ list of colors.

The same problem applies to the tool bar.

The Issue you raised is currently 'Unconfirmed' pending review, but has not been
updated within the last 3 years. Please consider re-testing with one of the
latest versions of OOo, as the problem(s) may have already been addressed.
Either use the recent stable version: http://download.openoffice.org/index.html
or consider trying the new OOo 3 BETA (still in testing):

As of 2.3 the problem still exists.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
