Windows 2003, OOo 680m47:
When attempting to open the file http://www.xslf.com/media/alt_se/alt_se.sxi
(created with impress from OOo 1.1.1), Impress freezes.

OOo 1.1 opens the file fine

reassign open l10n issue to new default owner.

Even OOo1.1.4 states this file as broken but manages a repair. Opens without
problems in current internal version.
