Currently you cannot do this in ANY suite that I know of:

Highlight a row or column, Data menu -> Find Duplicates

Of course the user might have to sort the sheet on that row or column PRIOR to
running the command but that's a small requirement.

This could be an "exclusive feature" for OOo.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
