When editing a document with 'Show Changes' disabled; I deleted a row from a
table and immediately 'Show Changes' became enabled.  Was recreatable at will.

MRU->DVO: it is quite similar to issue 8446 (""Record Changes" option is turned
off inside a table when a new row is inserted").

This appears to be fixed in OOo2.1, though I'm hesitant to close it without
someone verifying that something overt has actually been done to fix this and it
isn't a random miracle.  (I've tested with my initial case as well as the steps
to reproduce in the two DUPed problem records)
