it would be nice to have shortcut ability in open/save dialogs "just like in 
windows".
it should be as an option so that users can choose if they want these shortcuts; 
they should be fully customizeable (by allowing to add new ones, edit/remove 
etc)

by default oo.org should try to create shortcuts to desktop, probably some sort 
of documents directory, home directory, probably also root diretory - depending 
on platform and desktop environment.

this really, really needs to be done. Especially in the linux environment.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
