If your document has several page-styles, you must choose the page-style there, in which you will enable the header/footer. I think, that it is no defect, that you have to choose "standard" too, if "standard" is your only page-style. If you like another behavior, you should mark this issue as enhancement. Right, then I propose the following enhancement: If the document has only one page style, the Insert-Header and Insert-Footer menu should not contain a submenu, but insert a header/footer for that page style directly. MRU->BH: Could be a change which makes sense. Will be more intuitive I think. To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on my owner to the owner "requirements". |
