I regularly use OOo's drawing package. A feature I found useful in another drawing package is 
to have the "position and size" dialogue modeless. Changing the selection would update the 
values displayed in the dialogue. 
 
This is almost a duplicate of issue #24943. The latter refers to the Database access 
component, while this issue refers to the Drawing component. Perhaps someone more 
knowledgeable can merge the two?

Setting this to duplicate, I added additional information to 24943 and changed
the component.
