Hi,

I noticed when I dragged and dropped a Form into a folder in a Base document, 
it was copied. 

May I suggest Drag-and-Drop moves the Form. This is consistent with Windows XP 
when the file is on the same drive. It also appears to be how the rest of 
OpenOffice.org works.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
