reassigned to BH. I think this also would be usefull when a document contains cover and index of contents and the page number one is the next one, manual page break + start conunting as 1. This way you could show at the botton of the pages "Page n of m" and the at the last page n and m would mach. What happens now: (1) Header:(none) TITLE Manual break (2) Header:(none) INDEX Manual break, changing page number (3) Header:Page 1 of 4 (instead of 2) First page Manual break (4) Header:Page 2 of 4 (instead of 2) Last page Manual break This would be a most useful feature. I would like section page number as well. There are times when both page number and section page numbers would be handy. There need to be a working offset option page count and/or a flag for pages to make the not counted. Personally I would like rename current page count system to document page count and make normal page count flexible like page numbers. There has to be a document page number hiding back there as well. Give them all to user and let user use what ever one suits there needs. To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on my owner to the owner "requirements". |
