I have some data in a postgresql database stored as the data type "TIMESTAMP 
WITH TIME ZONE".  When drag a query to the spreadsheet app, the times are 
always displayed in my local time zone (US - Mountain Standard Time) rather 
than in GMT, which I want.

The times are correct.  They are just displayed in an uninteresting time 
zone. :)

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
