Problem: We have at table with calculations e.g. sum in writer and we save it 
in MS word 97 format, the calculation turns into text.

Problem is, that MS Word's tables do not support calculations in table like
Writer does. MS Word only offers this via the "Formula" field command.
Implementing a workaround via Word's field when exporting would be the only way
to get a dynamic result.

There is technical difference, yes, but the end user might regard it is as lack 
of compatibility with Word97 in OpenOffice.org.

Could you please estimate the cost of a fix in time/money in order for 
companies to invest in a fix for OOo 2.0.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
