==>> the document should be replaced with the content from the server

The replace attribute can take three values: all, instance, none. In the case of
'all' the submission result should replace the entire document, i.e. the
submission result should be loaded as a document into the current frame. For
'instance', the submission result should be used to create an XML instance
document, which replace the current instance. In the case of 'none', nothing
should happen. Which is already the case... :-)

No time for fixing this in 2.0 timefram, retargetting to next micro release

fixed on eforms4,
replace document (all) will currently open a new frame, this is a technical
limitation that has to be addressed later.

go to http://so-berlin.germany.sun.com:8080/xftestweb/ for a little webapp that
allows you toi test this.
In the form you load from minform.odt, press "Button" for instance replacement,
and press "Button 1" to test replace all implementation (see above for limitations)
