Load bugdoc on UNIX => the note looks not ok. This is because Excel uses Tahoma
as default font for notes. This font is not available on UNIX. The fontfallback
for Tahoma is Andale Sans UI which has no bold and italic. This fontfallback is
nessassary for CTL.

Started. Suggested fix: "Tahoma" will not be set at note objects at all. All 
"Tahoma" text parts will keep using Calc's default note fonts.
