Hi,

user's ~/.OpenOffice.org1.9.62 is populated ven if the user "Decline"'d the
license. We should not copy files before user "Accept" the license.

oo@oo:~> rm -rf ~/.OpenOffice.org1.9.62/
oo@oo:~> /tmp/SRC680_m62/program/soffice # press Decline
oo@oo:~> du -sh ~/.OpenOffice.org1.9.62/
1.4M /home/oo/.OpenOffice.org1.9.62

of: By now the startup behaviour works as designed so I don't se this as defect.
@ lo: Is there a way to change this behaviour?
Comment 2 lo 2004-11-15 15:39:13 UTC
we need to use the user-directory in order to get to the point where we can
display the license. I aggree that this activity should be reduced to the
minimum though.
Comment 3 christof.pintaske 2004-11-15 15:47:13 UTC
can't we simply remove the files if the user declined the licence ?
Comment 4 lo 2005-07-11 09:59:01 UTC
setting issue type to enhancement
Comment 5 lo 2007-03-06 16:58:52 UTC
dispatching to framework team
Comment 6 carsten.driesner 2007-03-08 12:14:23 UTC
cd: Accepted. Although we need, from a technical point of view, the user folder
it's definitely a bug that we don't remove it if a user declined the license
agreement.
