Hebrew RTF which functions properly in 4.0.1 none

The attached Hebrew RTF file is apprently in Windows-1255 encoding.
OpenOffice incorrectly opens it with all the Hebrew displayed as high-ansi
characters, with no way for the user to fix it.

I recommend to CLOSE bug, since Opening the "Problem file" in Word 2003 also yields the above junk. Attached a proper Hebrew RTF file created in DOC, opened nicely in OO 4.0.1.
