Feature request. It would be useful to have a draggable page divider such as
provided by Word and XEmacs so that you can view two parts of the document at
the same time.

This appears to be a duplicate of issue: 19291

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
