When OOo 1.1.4 opens this file it hangs none

A user from the german user mailing list posted this Link:
http://people.freenet.de/Nameless23/zensierte_schriften_BRD.doc
and when I try to open it with StarOffice Patch4 it hangs. 
MS Office XP also give an exception, but doesn't hang.
Another user reported that Abiword can open it.
Seams to be a .rtf file not .doc.

Catching damaged Word files is already tracked as issue 38044.
