calc  not identifying the cookies  while  inserting 
external data

Steps for reproducing
-----------------------
1. Open  one site for Web query
   eg:- http://blr-
nldqa.blr.novell.com/bugs/buglist.cgi?
query_format=specific&bug_status=
2. Do some  cookie changes
   eg: - Change Columns  
         tic on  'reporter'  and  click on change 
columns
3. Now this will show the Bug reporter name
4. Copy the link
5. Open a calc  and go to  Insert -> External Data
6. Paste the  copied  link to  'URL of external data 
source'
7. Select one format form  availabl format/ranges 
and click ok

Expected Result
----------------
Loaded  data should contain  'Reporter name'

Actual Result
--------------
Not Showing the Reporter name

The Issue you raised is currently assigned to 'Requirements' pending review, but
has not been updated within the last 3 years. Please consider re-testing with
one of the latest versions of OOo, as the problem(s) may have already been
addressed. Either use the recent stable version:
