Como insertar un issue en Openoffice.org es un articulo el cual habla de como se 
debe crear un issue en OpenOffice.org y como puede servir para exponer nuestros 
problemas que experimentamos usando OpenOffice.org.

Maybe you can add to your paper that "issues regarding the ES project shouldn't
be assigned to the owner ES, who has nothing to do with this project" ;)

(just like owner US has nothing to do with an "amercian project" which does not
exist)

SBA: In the rare case that an issue HAS to be in a native language, it is very
much appreciated if there is a short summary in ENGLISH language telling what
this is about.
Otherwise people might misuse the issue tracker for "whatever purpose" and makes
it harder to produce reliable statistics.
Thank you for your comprehension.

I regard an "Enhancement" issue having the priority "P1" set as a joke or a mistake.
Prio set to P3.
