When imported to Word 2k, there are text boxes in the files that are not
converted to frames after import into OOo 1.9.m65.

It looks like some RTF codes are converted to text instead of the correct
formatting being applied.

The .doc test case imports correctly in OOo 1.9.m65, it has been included only
for comparison.

This has never worked before due to issue 3790. The textboxes are from the
drawing tools and these drawing objects are currently not supported by OO's RTF
filter.
