I first saw this with the extendedPDF macro. If I tried to append the contained
library, OOo from 1.9.65 would crash. If I open the document first, then I can
append the library.

I duplicated the problem with another document that I created using 1.1.3 so i
believe that in general, any existing Write document should demonstrate the problem.
