The following assertion come 3 times, when you select the main menu entries or
menu entries with submenus.

OSL: File ...\src\framework\source\accelerators\presethandler.cxx, Line 476
:Presethandler::connectToResource()
Different localization sets inside share and user layer found.

I installed a non-pro version with more language. It isn't possible to work with
this version, because the office crashes very often, when the assertion comes up
and in the background the menu entry changed, because I move the mouse pointer.
=> because of the mass of this assertion and crash when you want to click away
the dialog box, I set this issue to P2
