Some fine tuning of the previous automation tasks.

Example:
Impress - Task Pane - Slide Transition
The 'frame'/'bar' where the text 'Slide Transition' is printed is defined as window.
If you klick on it, the content of 'Slide transition' is toggled.
The controls that are shown, don't have an underlying window or dialog.
(From my point of view.)

This has 2 disadvantages:
First: If you enable in an nonpro office the VCL Debug Option 'Test Option Dialog'
The content is not analyzed
Not shure if it can be solved with this, just a guess.

Second: automation;
We have to check which part of the Tasks Pane is visible.
This can't be done by checking, if 'Slide Transition' exists, since it is always
visible.
Usually all controls are defined on a dialog or window that can be asked if it
is visible.
Currently we have to workaround by checking if a control is visible.

I would suggest to define a dummy dialog/window below the 'Slide Transition' bar.

Would this solve both issues?

Also affected are:
Master Pages, Layouts, Custom Animation;
Most important for dialog debug option are Custom Animation and Slide Transition.
