Open the bug document.
Delete a paragraph in the first column of the (blue) section.
=> The section shrinks, no paragraph moves.
Expected behaviour: The section should keep its height because it has the
attribute _not_ to distribute evenly contents to all columns. A paragraph from
the second column should flow back into the first column.
