The insert picture utility located under the insert menu on the menu bar has the
same shortcut as the duplicate slide submenu item - they both have been assigned
the keyboard shortcut "u".  When I select the insert menu and hit the shortcut
key "u", the duplicate slide submenu is activated, not the insert picture
submenu.  (same issue in impress).

These are essentially all the same bug: PR 42780, PR 72271, PR 92862, PR 62846,
and PR 76920. It is disappointing for those of us used to using the keyboard
that none of them have been addressed in at least 4 years :-(
