Open draw and a drawing file.  Go to View > Toolbars > Zoom - to show the zoom
toolbar.

Click the 'zoom in' tool.  The user has to pick the tool and then click with it
over the page to vary the zoom.  

Now clicking the zoom out tool reduces the zoom as soon as the user clicks it. 
The behaviours of both should follow some pattern. 

(Also, similar tools in other softwares [f. e.Acrobat reader ] functions as the
Zoom In tool works here.  )

as far as i understand, this is something similar to issue 25863. is this the 
same problem ?

No, this issue is about the behaviour of zoom in/out toolbar buttons.

@liutao: Can you explain your patch?  What is the intended new behaviour?  Why
does it not use FuZoom anymore?
