Change all UI strings from "Graphic" to "Picture" (german: "Grafik" to "Bild").
Please note that in german the two words have different article (DIE Grafik ->
DAS Bild).

pb: change milestone to OOo Later, because it might be possible that there are
UI strings where "Graphic" is the correct term.
