found using laptop (Gateway 200) scroll wheel and Microsoft Trackball Optical
mouse, but likely applies to all PCs and mice:

in CALC, using the mouse wheel (or laptop scroll wheel), sheets only scroll 1
row up or down, rather than 1 page up or down.

note that in WRITER, both the mouse wheel and the laptop scroll wheel scroll
correctly (1 page down or up)

I have also found this in ooo versions 1.1.* and prior versions of ooo2.

one for the requirements team. Not a defect because functionality never worked
before.
