I think Shimmer and Teeter options have exchanged in Impress.
You can test it from right task bar then select Custom Animation and Emphasis...

I can't reproduce the bug.
I created an document with shimmer and teeter in PPT and loaded it in Impress.
The effects are identical to the effects in PPT.
Then I created 2 new objects in Impress and assigned shimmer and teeter..this
effects are also identical to the effects in PPT.
Please give me a step by step description what I have to do to reproduce the bug.

I can not repruduce the bug in B86. B85 was so artifactful to me. B86 is better.
