Description umr5174 2005-03-22 15:19:32 UTC
I open a new text document, write a word, insert a new formula, write it and
click outside it.
Then I change "Tools: options: appearance: font color", and click "OK".
The text colour changes, but not the formula character colour.
If I edit it (by double-clicking) and then click outside, then its colour changes.
But, when there are many formulae, this is tiresome.

Confirmed. I support this idea.

See also issue 26446 for a related discussion for font size instead of font color.
Maybe the issues can get fixed together.

It seems that Issue 5156 will provide 'Colors in formulas' and has progressed
further- so this issue might need to be marked as dependent?

Andrew

Made summary more precise.
