1. start the database wizard
2. click on the help button
==>> crash

works in m86, crashs in m87

duplicate of issue 45787. Well, at least the fix is the same :).
Resolving as duplicate, and adding to the same CWS as issue 45787.

note for completeness: crash does *not* happen when the Startup component is
active while starting the DB wizard. You need to open/create an arbitrary
document to reproduce the crash.
