Description Unknown 2002-05-07 21:00:12 UTC
When placing a 3D Effect into a drawing using Copy/Paste the object is rendered
correctly. However, if you drag/drop the 3D Effect to the drawing, the
rendered image is corrupted. This corruption is not consistent within a single
3D Effect nor with different 3D Effects

start new drawing
open Theme list and highlight 3D Effects
right click...insert...copy any 3D effect
image appears correctly in document
This can be repeated successfully
now...
start new drawing
left click any 3D effect and drag to workspace
dropped image appears correctly
left click and drag/drop another effect to overlapp and that image
also appears correctly
now..
start new drawing
click...insert...copy an effect
drag/drop another effect to overlap
only that portion of the image that overlaps the "copies" image will
appear.
moving the dropped image will change the area of that image that is
displayed

Reassigned to Wolfram.

I have tested this on version 1.0 and had no problems. Sometimes there
can be problems with the OpenGL drivers of the graphic card (the error
lies within the driver). Try to deselect
tools/options/Openoffice.org/View/use OpenGL. If this still occurs
please feel free to reopen the issue. haks for your help.
