To see the problem please execute following steps:
- open BASIC-IDE
- create a new dialog
- insert a pusbutton (commandbutton)
- open the properties
- assign a background color
- close properties
-> the button will not change its color because the button covers the entire
background.
To change the button color one would have to adjust the foregroundcolor instead

This is confusing, the background color-property should not be available for
pushbuttons.

FT: I agree basically but given the amount of issues we already accumulated for
2.0.x I must re-target this to OfficeLater

Reassign to bh - i cannot take any action on this issue as our PCD does not
permit an issue of this type to be fixed.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
