Changing the target.

Changing the target because it was OOo 2.1 and have been moved to "OOo Later"
but the user will be confused by loading an Excel document and getting a message
box by just closing the document.

from SRC680m190.

MAV->OC: Sorry but the problem is not reproducible on my machine. I have tried
SRC680/m227. Opening of the attached file does not set the document to modified
mode. Could you please check it one more time, and if it is reproducible provide
the scenario in details.
