When clicking on a column header on an issue list, rows are sorted according to 
the content from the clicked column from a-z and 0-9.

I don't find a possibilty to sort from z-a or 9-0 or latest date to oldest date.

The inverse content sort should be implemented and made available for all users 
to easily obviously use !

This is a change that is beyond my personal control - it is a  
sourcecast change. I will try and escalate this to collabnet.

may require a subtantial waiting period before it is implemented, if ever.

routing to support for enhancement process. I have not filed the issue
but have discussed w/ engineers.

CollabNet Support is currently reviewing the issues under Resolved-Later. If the
issues are fixed currently in any of the present CEE releases, then it will be
marked as Resolved-Fixed.

There might be a few issues which might not be in our future roadmap which might
be closed as Wontfix unless it does not lie under any custom request.
