I got this error message after OOo crashed.  It was after the recovery window
closed and might be OOo was about to be launched again??  Anyway OOo did not
relaunch itself after this error message.   Also both soffice.exe and
soffice.bin were found to be terminated in the processes window.

Not reproducible in a more recent m93 build. Keeping for further investigation.

I got the same error when there is a crash in 1.9.91 - 93 builds. 1.9.79
correctly relaunch again. Running on WinXP.

Hope it helps little bit...

It is happening in 680m93 also.  This time the Run time error after the crash is
more severe that I found it eating up 100% of the CPU and the msg window could
not be cancelled/Ok.  It was almost stuck for some time with 100% CPU usage.  

Also OOo did not lauch automatically after the crash.
