- Create a new db
- Create a new table with more then 3 columns and save
- Open Index dialog
- Enter a name and select one column on the right

-> It is possible to select twice or more the same column which should not be
possible
-> You have to scroll the browsebox by hand if all empty places are filled,
should auto scroll that at least a empty row is always visible.
