This stemmed from a discussion I was having with a user in the discuss list,
<http://www.openoffice.org/servlets/ReadMsg?list=discuss&msgId=1952584>. 

I read in another issue that notes are handled like tool tips. I don't know why,
but I think a nice option would be to display notes always. This is what Word &
Excel do. I am not a big fan of the feature, but as more people convert, it may
be an option that some will want.

Please don't change the version field because this shows the first occurence of
the Issue.
