Hi,

Here's the bug explanation:

1. For example, I type ANNOYING BUGS in column A1.
2. Then I go to any row in the same column, say row A300 and I type Annoying
Bugs in that row. Immediately it will change to ANNOYING BUGS.
3. Trying to change the upper case to lowercase using menu Format/Change Case
also has no effect at all, it will still convert to uppercase.

I believe the bugs affect only in the same column and probably for all version
of OpenOffice.org/platform/OS.

Not a bug. Switch off autoinput under tools cell content if you don't like it.
