MS Office has a shortcut bar, Lotus Smartsuite has something comparable.<br>
Some sort of quick launch tool would be useful.  Right-clicking on something in 
the system tray is not an action taken by normal end users.<br>
It would be useful if this facility were end-user modifiable, in the same way 
the MSO toolbar is, where a user can put additional items in it.<br>
